Это наверное баг в шаблоне.

Причина — там идет вызов некоего символа, из файла шрифта которого клиент не смог подгрузить.
Проверьте в консоли файрфокса что именно не подгрузилось и почему.

Будет что-то подобное:

Соответственно наверное можно либо указать правильную версию файла (он по идее должен скачиваться откуда то из инета, но можно найти его и положить к себе )
